haven't been updating since i came back from indonesia, well here i am !

many things have happened, other than me just uploaded the indo trip like 2 weeks later. har har.

the other day tok lah had a kenduri since azeem will be leaving to australia, & the next day mak teh had an open house at her new house :D its like everyone's dream home, seriously.

last sunday baby Azra Sufiah was born, and she is the cutest baby i've ever seen.

she was so psyched since my dad finally let her sign up to facebook, btw, as you all SHOULD know,only 13 and above can have a fb acc. i think some kids don't read the terms & conditions. hahah.
she just had to sign up on her bday itself so that other ppl could wish her -.-
i had to post this late since we were in kluang that day and i was busy with work. since today i'm free ill take the time to do this thing.

its our first time singing and blowing the candle without any cake. sooo we bought big apple instead and plug a candle at the middle of the donut XD enjoy the wonderful pictures !

ofcourse the early/late recess us prefects get ;) (major advantage being a prefect, hahah)

the canteen ( when the first year i came to samad, not this year ofc )

times we made fun of each other (eventhough it was hurtful at times, but we laughed about it sooner later)

its not that i dont want to update, but i feel the guilt inside la :(

sports day today won 3 medals for 100, 4x100, 4x400. thanks girls for being so fast ! :D didn't expect much though. and the placings for this year's sports day was red,green,BLUE,yellow. yay ! :) at least tak dapat last. thats better than nothing.

this year was fun watching em march (i wasnt in the field thats why its fun :D ) with their creative imagination, but somehow this year was not that grand, since it rained in the morning and the wet field. but i was good. i got to run in the rain pun.

okay goodnight, slept the whole night already and didn't even had my dinner. so gonna wake up early in the morning to study <3

ofcourse i feel so malas these days to write anything here. so basically i spent my first week of the holidays going to tioman which was uber awesomeezzz (ijusthadtoputthezz). spent there for 4 days and 3 nights along with pak long, mak long, iman and surprise guest, afiq ! :O they made the vacation more meriah. brother put didn't join us since he was at singapore, where he had the inter asia rowing competition (which he got silver). sooo, we stayed at the salang indah, and got rooms side by side.

snorkling from morning till evening. swimming with the fish. FEEDING the fish by hand. they weren't small fish okay, they were big. alah yang macam korang makan dengan nasi tu la. discovered how beautiful sea life is, as it was on the movie finding nemo. you could really see the corals and the water was ohhhhhhhhh. clear as a swimming pool. even from the shore you could see your feet in the sand.

black as you can be, it was all worth it, thank you mama and bapak <3

then stayed dekat kampung for a few days and head back home.

this week we were looking forward for the sukma games. which my brother got into 2 categories, which is boat 4 and boat 8. we went for the finals for boat 4 this morning and his team got silver. it was exactly 8 seconds different from the first team. his time was 7:17:69 .they werent so happy at first but alhamdulillah. so we are totally looking forward for his boat 8 tomorrow morning at putrajaya. go for gold bebeh ! :)

on the 9th of May 2011 , my grandmother,Tok Mak (Saedah binti Marjan) took her last breath at 1.00pm.

i just want to share a little bit about her, eventhough the last time she knew me when i was 2.

when i was in form 2, i did a speech about her for my english oral. and i still keep the text with me. so this is what i wrote about her.

Her name is Saedah binti Marjan. She was born on 19th July 1941 in Johor Bahru. (she's 70 this year)

My grandmother is still alive but I have never spoken to her. I have never talked or have a personal conversation with her eventhough my family and I visit her every weekend. Her doctor said she is in a vegetative state. For some of you who don't know what that means, well it means she is unconscious with limited motor ability such as she can only close and open her eyes and swallow. Until now, she is not aware of her surroundings.

Before i tell you why she is in this condition, i want to tell you a little bit about her. she got married when she was young at the age of 22. my grandmother went to England for her teachers' training. then she came back and got married and became a teacher. she has got 5 children and she was also very active. she knew that she got a medical condition which has been there since she was born. this condition gave her severe migraines thoughout the years.

Later on, her motor skills on her right side was affected. her right fingers and hand movement became stiffer and weaker. her right leg movement became limited. she can still walk by slightly dragging her right foot along. then she had to learn to write using her left hand since she was unable to use her right hand anymore. subsequently, she was too weak to walk so she had to use a wheelchair.

My grandmother was properly diagnosed only in her 40's. she had a condition called Arteri-Veinus Malformation (AVM) in her brain. this happens when the main blood vessels are formed together without any of the tiny vessels in between. over the years, it became tangled by pressing up against her nervous system in the brain.

Several years after being diagnosed, my grandfather wanted to bring my grandmother to Singapore to do a non-invasive surgery to remove the AVM from the brain. my grandfather had earlier refused to allow the surgeon in Hospital Kuala Lumpur to do an open-skull surgery since it was a risky operation hence the Singapore option.

Then in 1996, my grandfather brought her to Singapore to do the procedure. during the procedure, due to the pressure in her brain causing some blood vessels to burst and she had a massive haemorraghing in the brain. the surgeon had to do an open-skull surgery to remove the blood clots in her brain. all of us prayed and she survived but went into a deep coma for 3 months. however, later she went into a semi-comatose state and we were able to bring her home. since that, she has been like that until now.

Although she knew me until i was only 2 years old, i really hope somewhere deep inside her, she still remembers all of us including me. My family and i still visits her often at my grandfathers house.

it's sad to see someone like that since i have never been in a situation where any of my relatives die before. and its sadder to see my uncles, aunts and cousins crying like ive never seen them like that before.but we should be happy, where it is better for her since she had been struggling for 15 years and 1 week on bed like that. she is a wonderful person and has a good taste in fashion. even i'm wearing some of her clothes. she will truly be in our memories.

so i think i've been quite busy this week sampai nak study pun mcm berat je. so last friday went back home from school then had to go out back to curve, since my mom got free tix to watch a movie. so pergi je lah. then saturday, i ter-bangun lambat and pulak kena pergi tuition at 12 saamppaii 4 something. then that evening went to kl to go to a free concert (lagi) heh heh dekat orange dragonfly club, for gadis semasa sunsilk. it was free, who wouldn't wanna go man. there was yuna, melda ? , one nation emcees, ella and hujan.

somehow the things i do now, i don't feel it quite fun. like there's no spark eventhough im supposed to be happy, tapi i donno la. feels like everything that i do nowadays feels like i've been doing it for a long time.

adakah anda juga rasa begitu ? ok lah, gotta sleep since today i have to go to a camp, kem ibadah from morning till evening. see how busy i am ? haaaaa

so let me share a quick story about my funfunfunFriday and my sunnysunnySaturday.

so yesterday was a normal school day, then went to tuition till 6 and my dad ajak-ed(hahah) us to go to a concert. it was a free concert to be exact. at klcc. it was TWIN TOWERS LIVE KL or something like that la. sampai2 pergi surau yang pack gila babe

ng, and straight out where the concert is. dint even eat dinner(semangat sgt pergi concert la tu) okayy, cut to the chase it was so packed with people so since my 2 adiks came along too, we dint actually stood in the mid of the crowd. but we can still see the stage, thank God there was a huge screen right infront of us. if we stood in the mid of the crowd pun, macamlah adik aku boleh nmpk apa. dah la semua orang lompat2 mcm beruk dalam sangkar. so all the performances was uber awesome, there was Yuna, Azenders, Bunkface, Wonder Girls and HOOBASTANK ! :D eeeppp ! Yuna was incredible, opening yg best, Azenders was lovely, you guys should listen to their song " Ladies and Gentlemen " on youtube. Bunkface, ohmaygad Sam handsome gilerr. walaupun hidayah fikir rambut dia mcm nak kena sepak je XD. bu

t who cares, aku suka. wonder girls pun best but only best when the songs ive heard of je lah. Hoobastank, was gila gila gila best, walaupun nisha and tuah(adikadik) bosan sbb byk sgt lagu, whatever. the vocalist pun handsome gila, Doug Robb :D

so we were at the cncrt till 1 and straight to mamak since we were hungry and i dint had anything to eat since before tuition. could you imagine ? :O and sampai rumah at 3am.

so saturdays story ;

went to school for road run. had only 3 hours of sleep. bapak said to not go to school today, but whatthehell dah la last road run evah. didn't even expect to get any medals, but alhamdulillah

with the amount of 'sleep' and 'practice' i had (sarcastic gila), it was worth it. i got 5th in the P1 category. it was ridiculous when we had to continue with P&P after the whole ceremony ended. alah, cikgu masuk kelas pun bukan buat apa. semua orang main phone cikgu buat kerja sendiri je. siapa kisah. hahah. oh oh and thank you to the wonderful people who screamed my name like mad when i got the medal tadi :D <3<3 this road run is a memorable one for sure. because i never recall getting top 10 in the previous years XD. then penat penat semua balik rumah, then an hour lebih later had to go to tuition lagi -.- , then petang tadi bapak ajak pergi naik basikal pergi mamak. haish, dugaan hidup.

just got back from sentul and now at my grandfather's after having a meal with my ladies at mcd. was my first time after years of people talking bout ICC every year and finally decided to go this year. like bob said "sejak bila korang pergi ICC nih " -.- weellll.. the HGH Hall was packed with people man ! all the performance was incredible, beyond words. tired of screaming too loud and now i'm having a bad headache from all the screams. esp the UBER LOUD screams from cha, li sar and jacie XD semangat gila bila deviation keluar. and i can't can't believe that soft shock won ! tahni-ah !

as you all know i did not know, we gave the kittens last friday to my sister's friend. sadly we were only able to give her 2 because a few days after we kept them, one if them got lost. and on the day we wanted to give my sister's friend, another one got lost. so 4-2 = 2 :( we had no idea where the other two went. so hope they're happy.

this 9 day school break is filled with stuff. last weekend we balik kampung jumpa tok atan, tok arah and neng (cat) . then on monday&tuesday had extra chem class in the morning. then thursday and saturday plak ada tuition D: then on my free time (other days that i dont have any plans) i have to do some camp work for PPI and seni work that has to be done this break.

One of the hardest part of wearing hijab is when you don't know what to wear but you surely know what not to wear. In my personal opinion, there are some reason why I don't wear any particular materials. First it has to be light on my head and nothing under my scarf. I dont use anything that convert me into a “mommy looking lady”. From my experience, wearing hijab somehow add my age and some kilos as well. It’s a feeling that I have to get used to it.

Wearing hijab means my life wont be the same. I realize I was actually having a new life couple years later, which wasn't what I had originally hoped, both good and bad. After enthusiasm on the new look and enjoyment of having what seems like a good idea, I then have to face up to my inability of knowing what hijab actualy is. Be ready to accept changes.

In the end, I just have to be comfortable with anything I wear. Knowing myself and my face is halfway to know what kind of hijab perfectly shape my face.

OK - sometimes kita jadi pemalas nak tulis.As far as orang boleh faham - cukuplah.

Kadang-kadang aku pun pemalas nak check tanda baca,nak check tatabahasa,grammar dan sebagainya.

OK - aku understand kalau orang menaip dalam bentuk SMS atau Twitter macam skrg(sekarang),tgh(tengah) atau apa lancau lagi bahasa Twitter ni lagi.Sebab nak jimatkan ruang.Kat Twitter ada 140 huruf je boleh masuk so you have to do that sometimes.

soo yesterday, bapak took us to SS2 to go to the click shop. its a place where they sell lomo cameras, which not many people like much coz it uses film, but i love it a lot. we didn't actually buy any cameras, so we looked around, took some pictures and bought a roll of film. then the counter dude asked us to take some lucky draw, where they had a big box filled with expired films. each visitor who came in can put their hand inside the box and take out the lucky draw. so in the end, we got 6 films. :D after going to that shop i would totally get a job after spm and have some money to buy a lomo camera from that shop.

then we went to BSL and straight to uptown where the sale was. the fat spoon cafe is a tiny cafe, so the place was seriously packed with people, and you couldn't really see coz it was quite dark. but me, my sis nisha and my cousin Iman, didn't care. we were too long in the cafe till my brother, Tuah and my dad got bored so they went somewhere else. we were there about 1 and a half hours. and we bought many many stuff, which was totally worth it. i totally love em all. lovelovelove, thank you bapak for bringing us to the sale ♥

then we went back home , and was uber tired and fell asleep for 2 hours after trying out the stuff we bought. gila tak sabar xD

have been feeling like crap these past few days. 2 nights in a row i would sleep and i get really uncomfortable and ended up sleeping an hour later. sucks maannn, then i would wake up at 7 and go out of the room, get infront of the tv and ended up sleeping again till 10 or more :S

so yesterday night, mak teh brought us girls, me , my sis nisha and my 2 cousins, iman and nadiah to watch rapunzel at klcc. oh how i wish to have hair like that maann. wasn't watching the movie peacefully actually, since the girl beside me keeps talking and talking and talking. hmph. long story dont wanna bring it up again -__- sooo overall its a fun movie (: with glowing hair and big eyes 0.0 kinda think of it, rapunzel seriously looks like violet from the incredibles ey ?

so my cousin, Iwan, is sitting for SPM this year. we all are praying for you Iwan ! :D break a leg ! and next year me and my cousin, laila's turn to take SPM 0.0 that is why i have to study this holiday. D: cobaan

so today is Hari Raya Korban / Aidiladha

me and my family celebrated raya in KL, my mother's side. my dad isn't here with us now, since he went to balik kampung in Kluang. we don't always balik KL for raya korban, well since the kids have their hari anugerah on friday, we decided to celebrate it here. so its been a tradition for us at tok bak's to wake up in the morning on the first day of raya, went to pray, wore our kurung or kebaya and ate ketupat. then we all would lepak and as everyone has arrived, we would take pictures. well today was extra special since my uncle and his Finland gf came all the way from Thailand to celebrate raya with us, Abang Amir and Jonna (Yonna).

so that's all i have to say for today, i think i ate too much of ketupat or something , since my tummy hurts since dinner D: i'm still at my grandfathers house for another night, and im now waiting for the others to come back from Tok Amal's house, my moms aunt. some of us didn't join since Adam, my cousin had a lil accident in the kitchen.

after all these years, i finally know why women take picture of themselves whenever they're bored or where ever they go, or in other words, camwhoring .

before this i thought that people who take pictures of themselves are gedik, lala, think that there so hot and all. but no. now i don't think like that anymore. sorry other people around the world :3 i also didn't understand why girls have so many pictures of themselves in their handphones, now i understand. well i don't like camwhoring with my phone since less space and the quality mcm bangek.

camwhoring makes a girl feel that they are beautiful in so many ways. it makes us feel that we are what we are. and that nob

ody else cares in the world.

sometimes we would take tons of pictures of ourselves and only one or two of them are pretty to us, but other people that all of the pics are exactly the same. well we see it in a different way.

i actually respect those people who camwhore now. because they know that they're pretty. and each and every girl should know that they are pretty in many many ways.

let me give you a good example of a very pro camwhorer XD , my friend fatin. she has like a bagizillion pics in her phone and i thought she was crazy . hidayah is also in the same page as this, no doubt about it :D

i felt it today, it was sad.

today's story is quite funny actually.

well here it goes,

as usual ill wake up at 6 and at 7 i would be in the car, but then QWERTYUIOP goes the car. thank God Mei Yee just got out of the house, or not i'll be at home worrying about my results. so then i went in her car and went to school.

as usual i would see Jacie's awesome face in the morning in the office as i step in.

then the day goes on where we had chem after that, MrT didn't mark our papers yet, so he had us to mark other people's paper. i think he was too busy with his diwali celebration :S oh well. and ofcourse i didn't get our chem papers on the day itself.

then we had addmath. then the chinese girls(chalystha, joey, nicole and jacie) started playing twister before MrElvin came in. MrElvin gave our paper 1 back, and i wasn't that pleased because hidayah got higher than me D: well thats what you get when you're among smart people. then we got our bio paper back, and i got a large big fat C . oh well. then me, hidayah and fatin went to the staff room to bodek some teachers, heh heh , and took our english paper. well i got an A- . oh and i got an A for agama, which was okayyy since nobody got more than 90. i didn't really remember why it took us so long in the staff room till like 12 o'clock. so then we went back to class and got our modmath paper, i got an A-

then we had physics. we, me fatin hidayah, were few of the first to come in the lab. before we got to know our results, and hidayah was already on the ground in front of PnRema XD saying "teacher, teacher tak nak la teacher, please la teacher " oh and PnSarala was there too, our Sejarah teacher. we didn't get our sej paper yet btw.

then PnRema broke the news that i got 59 fr my physics, and said that i have to get another 2 marks to get 60. then she said fatins and hidayahs results, which was really surprising . so hidayah broke down and cried, and the 3 of us was infront of the physics lab crying, except for fatin. she's like the light from God to tell us to tawakal and there's still next time blablbabla all that crap la. well i was crying because my sejarah result was bad. i got a big red D. wudduyuthink. me not so smart in history okeh. its not my cup of tea. i seriously confess that i am really not good in history, there was once in form 1 i got an E. and i cried. well i cried almost each exam because of sejarah since form 1. and i was really surprised that i got a B for PMR. and pn sarala was really mad at me of getting bad marks :| well she knows im bad. she's been teaching us sejarah for a few years now.

OKAY back to the story. so we cried and cried and cried, and jacie was there hugging us and xin you was there to .. well he was there to cheer us up :D thanks guys, loveyah. then in the middle of the madness ducky said to hidayah that hidayahs but is nice ? did you just say that to cheer her up ? heh heh . then we stopped crying and hidayahs nose and eyes were all red, i didn't know how i looked. so whatever. then both of us tried to look for some marks, markah kesiaannn XD but fatin didn't because dia dah tawakal , ELEH . XD haha sorry bro.

then balik with a bunch of form 5 books on our backs.

sooooo ive not been in school since wednesday now, and im totally feelin the 'so syok holiday' feeling. i hope i dont get too excited since i dint get all my papers yet.

so like last friday i went to wet world in shah alam and it was 'best'. desa waterpark lagi best la. but its okay for kiddies. there were my two lil brats, nisha & tuah, my 2 aunties mak teh and mak cik ti, and the cousins, nadiah, adam, iman, arwen and redza. we were there bright and early, and the line was seriouuussllyy longg, well the waterpark opens at 10 , and we arrived at 10.01 ? well my tag says 10.07am. so played played played under the hot sun among hundreds of people until 6pm. time flies so fast i guess. we were all tanned and felt orangy by the time we got into the car. kah kah kah. went to iman's and put some aloe vera on the face and crashed there another night.

shes a designer that has her own line, Maysaa. she uses her own creativity on how to try to fit in with other people, so that other people will accept her as a muslim. just look at her, how she dresses up and how she wears the hijab. wonderful.

she has made the hijab into a whole new level.

she has inspired my sister to wear the hijab next year, even my cousin. alhamdulillah. she even inspired me to wear long skirts and be pretty bout it. so don't comment if i wear a skirt okayyy.
