ahhahha, tidur 5 hours yestahday. and i'm springy like a bunny on a trampoline . HAHAH.
keluar dari rumah pukul 7.30 AM. naik basikal dgn bapak to go to taman jaya. then bila sampai bapak go mane tah. and i went jogging with ZAINAB. totally, if it wasnt zainab i totally wont go jogging. best la. that was the first time in 10 years pegi jogging kt sana. oh wait. dah lama tak jogging. except masa roadrun je. tu pun kena paksa punya.

jogging 3 4 rounds je around the lake. BUKAN JOG PUN. sikit je jog. jalan je. but it was fun coz it was not too hot, n it was windy and very redup.
jog for about 1 and a half hours. then balik sebab bapak dh tunggu sambil makan keropok XD . then pegi mamak dkt Haja's . nak cari fatin tak jumpe! ape la fatin nih. aku nk cter best kt ko nih. =_='

2.30 keluar dari rumah lagi. pegi taekwondo kat tmn bahagia. penat penat penat. ok im veli the tired now. X|
hidayah u better go to taekwondo today! ><
